Panel addresses climate change through vacant land

WUSTL and the City of St. Louis will host a panel discussion July 30 about how cities can use vacant land to address climate change. The Sunflower+ Project: StL is one example of remediating and beautifying lots with plants that extract contaminants from the soil. The project is part of the Sustainable Land Lab, which generates and tests ideas for vacant land use.
