Down the rabbit hole with quantum particles

Quantum particles are notoriously shy, immediately masking themselves as classical particles when scientists try to look at or measure them. But Kater Murch, assistant professor of physics, has been able to follow them down the rabbit hole into quantum territory. The research is described in the cover article of the July 31 issue of Nature.
