Bright Ideas, bright future: Turning ideas into action on campus

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Washington University in St. Louis has relied on its own people power and experts to help guide our community through one of the most difficult times imaginable.

It’s in this spirit that the Bright Ideas initiative is being launched. Bright Ideas is seeking input from the entire community on ways we can streamline, shift and adapt to benefit the university in lasting, sustainable ways — now and beyond the current challenge.

Bright Ideas is looking for ideas from faculty, staff and students to:

  • Improve and streamline operations
  • Save costs
  • Generate new revenue

Participation is encouraged from the entire campus community; each and every idea will be considered for future implementation! Submit your ideas using the survey form. You can do this anonymously if you are more comfortable doing so. Thank you in advance for sharing your Bright Idea, and for helping make WashU stronger, together.
